As you begin THE WINNING SEASON, our challenge to you is that you spend the coming year working to boost personal productivity in your team. THE WINNING SEASON

Rules of the game

THE WINNING SEASON consists of 12 "games"—played one per sales-year planning calendar month. Each month will begin a new "round" of competition.

For this initial game, the company will match your team with an equal first-round opponent, based on the average monthly written production from the first quarter of the company sales calendar year (January, February, and March). Your opposing team may be from any country, making this a truly international competition.

Team assignments will be provided to all Team Captains a week before the competition begins, giving you time to schedule promotional events or meetings.

At the end of the first month, your team's written production will be compared with that of your opposing team. The winning team will be presented with a special medallion, signifying a victory in THE WINNING SEASON.

Should two opposing teams end a round in a tie (identical written production unit totals for that month) the team with the most sales units of production by independent consultants recruited during that month shall be declared the winner.

For the second and each succeeding monthly round, all teams will again be matched with equal opponents based on the written production for the previous sales calendar month. That is February competition will be based on January production. At the end of the second month, and every succeeding month, medallions will again be awarded to winning teams, and all teams will be paired with new opponents. After winning their second medallion, winning teams will also receive a display plaque designed to showcase up to 12 medallions. Teams must have five or more sales units to be recognized as winners.

Every month of THE WINNING SEASON will bring a new opportunity for victory to every team … and a chance to add another medallion to your team's impressive display!
