Three Impressions

1.
My poetry
is your friends,
my friends,
your enemies, my enemies,
our friends and enemies,
our likes and dislikes,
our habits and mannerisms,
our cultural environment,
our problems, our solutions,
and everyone else's, too.

2.
Today I wrote a poem
That said the words I felt
Today!
Tomorrow or ten years
From now, I'll read the poem
And understand the mood
I'm in
Today!

3.
My poetry's my music
And my music's in my head.
I'd write ten thousand words
To tell you what I've said.
I'd live a thousand lives
To show you how I love.
I'd rather lose myself
Than risk not having you.
