The Puget Sound Chrysalis community is asked to lend support with your prayers for the upcoming Young Mens and Young Womens Journeys.
Between 11:00 p.m. and 6:00 a.m., prayer vigil time slots will be assigned to community volunteers who will pray in their own homes. This allows the team members to get needed sleep or tend to important needs of the Journey in progress. Your help will make this Journey a meaningful experience for the caterpillars, the team, and even yourself.
Other times can also be taken by community volunteers, although it is important that team members be allowed first choice for the day and evening time slots.
Prayer vigil is an important component of each Journey, as we share our love for the caterpillars and ask God's grace and blessings on them.
Prayer is another form of agape, a gift we bestow freely through our time and commitment.
