If the information is incorrect on your address label of Chrysalis Connection, please let us know so we can update our records. This includes your name, house and street address, apartment, city, and zip code. Please review the label and report problems to us as soon as possible.
When your address is wrong, the post office sends the mailing back to us and they bill us. We pay first class postage (33 cents per ounce) on all returned mail. We've experienced—and paid for—a lot of returned mail in the past year.
Help us redirect this money to be better used for Flights and Journeys, by getting your correct address information to us. If your address has changed, or you know it will change, be sure to let us know. Students, we suggest you list a stable address, such as the location to which your bills are sent, or your parents' address.
Please use a location that you check regularly for mail, and where someone at that address knows how to get in contact with you for special events like last winter's Swarm get-together. While you're at this, please send us your birthdate and email address, too, so we can make sure we have our database up-to-date.
